We try to keep it as simple as possible!

We employ a structured project plan to ensure the best success of every project and client experience. We offer a personal service with your EQ contact being the person who produces your original proposal, giving you the same contact throughout your project.

We ask you to sign-off particular key stages, namely the Creative Design Concepts and the Live Website stage.

By doing this we make sure that you are happy with the design concept before we create a mass volume of pages which aren't what you want.

How to supply us your website materials

Create an MS Word document or Plain Text file and copy and paste your sitemap into it.

Preparing website text

Copy and paste your SUPPLIED TEXT under each relevant page title.

If retrieving the text from a PREVIOUS WEBSITE, highlight the text on the website, then copy and paste.

PLEASE NOTE: Ensure that the supplied text is the final text and not working text. This avoids expensive changes during the website build and allows us to efficiently create your website.

Any Authors text corrections to your supplied text can be efficiently incorporated into the website at the End of the Project, charged at our maintenance rate or by using EQcms.

Preparing images

Any IMAGES or DOWNLOADABLE DOCUMENTS (pdf) should be placed in a folder with the same name of the page.

General images should be supplied in a folder called 'General Images'.

Sending via Email

ZIP your project folder and send it via YouSendit.com with your domain or company name in the subject area.

Sending via Post

Send a CD marked clearly with your domain or company name to:
