Some customers may currently be unable to send emails from webmail.

Customers may experience intermittent access to our POP3, SMTP and Webmail services over the next 5 minutes. This should not affect accounts on our Exchange service.
10:05 - Access should now be restored to the POP3 and Webmail services. Customers may still be experiencing intermittent access to our SMTP services.
10:15 - SMTP services should be OK now as well.
10:30 - Customers may be experiencing issues with the POP3, Webmail and SMTP services again. This is being looked at again as a priority.
11:30 - This issue has now been resolved

The registry operator for gTLD domains is currently performing routine maintenance which is scheduled to be completed by 02:45.
The following functionality may be intermittently unavailable during this period:
- domain registrations
- whois checks
This will only affect gTLD domains (.com and .net).

We have identified a problem with processing 3dSecure transactions on some HSBC and Yorkshire issued credit cards, the problem has been escalated to the issuing banks and we await feedback from them.
15:00 This has been resolved.
